We understand that your choice in skincare is very personal and sometimes a product is not the right fit for you. If you are unhappy with your Beaumore Cosmetics product, you may return or exchange your item.

For returns within the US, please follow the instructions below:
- To receive a full refund in the original form of payment, you must contact Beaumore Cosmetics via our Customer Service email address within 7 calendar days of order delivery to request a return authorization form. After 7 calendar days of delivery, you are no longer eligible for returns and may exchange only.
- To receive an exchange or store credit, you must contact Beaumore Cosmetics via our email address within 30 calendar days of order delivery to request an exchange authorization form. After 30 calendar days of delivery, you are no longer eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
- Once you have received your Return Authorization Form or Exchange Authorization Form, you must postmark your return within 3 business days of receiving the form and pre-paid return label.
- When your safely packaged return or exchange reaches our facility, it will be processed for return or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. Please allow up to 3 business days for exchange issue. Items that are improperly packaged and return to our facility damaged will be eligible for exchange ONLY.

- Sale and gift items are final sale.
- Only products purchased at BeaumoreGlobal.com are eligible for mail-in return or exchange.
- We cannot accept Beaumore items purchased at another retailer for return or exchange.
- We cannot accept empty product, significantly used product, or product filled with other material for return or exchange.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
- We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundled sets. You must return the complete set for return or exchange.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, misused, etc. we cannot refund or accept a return.
- Items returned without completed Authorization will not be refunded or exchanged.
