How Beaumore is Sustainably Sourced

by Beaumore Global |

Sustainable: the quality of not being harmful to the environment or depleting natural resources, and thereby supporting long-term ecological balance.

With our oceans and natural resources becoming increasingly stressed and depleted, it is crucial for companies to consider their environmental impact impact on the environment and find ways to reduce their ecological footprint.

In addition to our ingredient sourcing, Beaumore  strives to create products featuring recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging. Our glass bottles can even be upcycled for unique DIY projects (like this relaxing Essential Oil Reed Diffuser or chic Gold-Dipped Bud Vase).

Apart from recycling, what does a sustainably produced product look like?

Our Collagen Beauty Drink is made from fishing byproduct, which means there’s no additional impact on existing wildlife populations in the creation of our drink. We use a mixture of wild-caught and farmed fish, always from populations which are not in danger of overfishing

Only 50% of total fish catch is actually used for human consumption and up to 40% of the world’s total catch is considered bycatch. In 2005, 7 million tons of fishing byproduct were reported. In the absence of companies like Beaumore who are able to repurpose the waste of the fishing industry, all of that material would be lost.

How can you help?

To properly recycle your empty  drink bottles, make sure to wash them thoroughly before adding to your recycling bin.You can also find a local recycling center and drop them off (you may even make some cash!). Try to keep your bottles intact, as broken glass is not recyclable, and remember to keep  the metal bottle caps separate.

Beaumore is exceptionally proud to do our part in helping our environment while bringing you a safe and sustainable product. Want to learn more? Read all about our beauty formula or start a conversation with us
